Spanish Rice

Taste delicious and easy to make. It is the only rice a Roni product that I know of that is vegan!

We find this a good starter and then we add lots of peppers and our own salsa to it. Suppose it would be just as easy to make our own. Each box comes with a little seasoning packet. Our house loves rice. It tastes like mush with A LOT of salt. Yuck! At $1 price it is very cheap so I was hoping for a low cost dinner that I didn’t expect to be healthy (it is not really). But who had the idea of mixing pasta with rice?! While the pasta is all overcooked and mushy the rice is still crunchy. The seasoning tastes like a cup of salt straight. Not gonna buy it again.
