Spanish chorizo sausages

There are very few vegan sausages that I like, but this one had good flavour and texture.

Esta muy bueno, sabe a chistorra más que a chorizo, aunque se deshace un poco la "piel" al cocinarlo. No vale para cocer, es para freir sobre todo, pero vale la pena.

These were really really good. I was very impressed. Very quick and easy to cook. I put them in a simple stew recipe and they were great. From Waitrose. I will definitely get again. I’m not sure if anywhere else sells them as I don’t think I have seen them before.

Not a big fan of chorizo but this one has something!

Un sabor espectacular. La textura es más tipo salchicha blanda, pero el sabor super logrado. Viene en pack de 4 y el precio es un poco alto, aunque depende de dónde lo compres a veces pillas un 3x2 y sale más rentable. Como punto negativo, pondría el packaging. Se podría tratar de reducir el plástico
