These are a guilty indulgence - they're not dire in terms of nutrient, but they're definitely not healthy! They're good for a quick snack - I shared mine with some others as a small snack in the afternoon. Easy to cook, come out not as crispy as I'd like (soggy bottoms!) but still overall, pretty good!
One of my favourite fake-meat products- the coating is really tasty 🍗
