Sourdough pizza base

This Crosta and Mollica #sourdough pizza base was from Sainsbury’s for £2.35. The crust was nice but the base was so thin that it already had holes in it when I opened it. I knew my toppings were going to be too much but I wanted what I wanted. I don’t think I would get this again even though the crust was nice. Maybe I would get it and just bake it without toppings 🫤 I don’t like a thick base but the fact that this was paper thin was a little too little. #pizza #pizzabase #dinner #crostaandmollica

I bought this sourdough base from waitrose (already topped with tomato sauce) and I added mushrooms, spinach, vivera kebab ‘meat’ and more sauce and WOW! This pizza was better than the ready made frozen vegan ones and I definitely recommend the base but also I recommend the viviera kebab ‘meat’ because it goes so so well with so many things

Really enjoyed this pizza base. Just top with whatever you like an throw in the oven 👌
