has that firm, almost rubbery texture of seafood. They went really nicely in a linguine dish. I didn’t enjoy them quite as much eating them by themselves, but as part of a pasta dish they were super great. I fried them up in some garlic butter and parsley. When I took them out of the packet they were all lumped together and it was pretty tricky to break them apart in the wok. I will likely get these again though 👏🦐 #huntsabs
