Sharp Cheddar Popcorn Mini Cakes

These are so good, and it’s probably good I didn’t find out they were vegan sooner! They have a great cheddar flavor, and I like that they’re bite sized!

I tried the sharp cheddar and cinnamon and sugar varieties of these snacks made from popcorn. Both tasty and 100% vegan. Good flavor and nice crunch for snacking satisfaction. Both give 3 grams of protein per serving so that’s a plus.
