È un buon seitan, un prodotto che è utile soprattutto quando ho fretta perché si cuoce in poco tempo, è sottile, saporito il giusto

Amavo il seitan della Vegamo... Poi per anni è sparito dalla circolazione. Quando oggi pomeriggio l'ho trovato, ero al settimo cielo! Felicissima sono arrivata a casa, l'ho tagliato sottile, l'ho messo in padella con olio e rosmarino, ad accruscare per bene. Ad essere buono, è buono, eh...
