Scrambled Tofu

A block of tofu, with a sachet of the spices needed to make a tofu scramble. Not bad, but too expensive. I'd rather buy blocks of tofu at the Chinese store. I add turmeric, black pepper, kala namak, plant milk, nutritional yeast, and some grated vegan cheese. Love this product for a quick easy tofu scramble when I’m feeling lazy. I thought it lacked a little bit of flavour. But nothing stopping you adding a few extra spices.
