Roasted Sweet Potato And Chickpea Bites

These were interesting! I think I prefer them in a wrap or pita - I had them with a spicy tomato sauce and some spaghetti. Next time I’ll have them with hummus and veggies in a pita 😊

I did not follow the cooling instructions and put them in the airfyer instead. Perhaps thats why I thought they were ok. I had to have them with mayo.

interesting. I had them plain with dinner but you could make a nice pasta sauce with tinned tomato, or have a few on a roll

Tastes amazing and works well for meal preps. Also great for snacks

These were nice enough, I suppose, but don’t think I’ll be buying them again. They were just lacking… something 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I was hopeful my kids would like them but, alas, they happily ate their broccoli, peas, avo, rice, etc etc.. but didn’t get past the first bite of these. They’re not big sweet potato fans, to be fair, but they can usually be convinced to eat just about anything they can dip in tomato sauce 😂) #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary
