Red Curry

One of the least expensive curry pastes, and luckily vegan :-) I’ve definitely made the mistake of buying a curry only to realize it has something that’s not vegan in it. But this is my second jar.

Like many Thai curries, this one has a strong coconut flavour. It also contains a lot of oil. It had a lot more veggies than I had expected and was easier to eat than the green curry. Not so spicy too.
