Real Nigari Tofu

Very good firm tofu, it's great marinated but I also enjoy it natural, added to salads or with olive oil and salt, as it doesn't have the paper-like taste of many other tofu.

Consistenza firm, buono da spadellare o da cucinare in forno. Si presta a moltissime preparazioni. Da provare con la tecnica congelamento/scongelamento per migliorare ulteriormente la consistenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
