There's nothing salted caramel about this, I'm afraid. Only the taste of the dates and a little crunch from the almonds and pecan nuts. The bar is tiny, making this a quick snack. Nothing horrible about it, it tasted good. I was just expecting more from what the label promised. I really enjoyed this bar. The scent and flavour of caramel came through really well. The texture was also great - firm and chewy Minimal ingredients: ‘Dates, pecan nuts (12%), almonds, quinoa, flavouring, desert salt’ R14.99 for 30g. It’s a little expensive but makes for a great, high quality snack. Contains no artificial colours or flavours and no added preservatives or sugar. I would happily buy this again. The only unfortunate thing is that the packaging is not recyclable
