Queso Fresco Cheese

Queso fresco is one important ingredient in Mexican cuisine, I’m so happy to find the vegan version, thanks to an Abillion friend recommendation, crumbles have a lots of flavor, saltiness level is perfect. This queso fresco crumbles took my avocado tostada to a different level, simply delicious 🤤

It takes a little while to actually melt but after it gets there, its great! I used this one some pablano quesadillas.

Used this for melting in a quesadilla and it was perfect. Very ideal product for melting! I wish it were a little less expensive though.

This was pretty good. I think it makes a good substitute for queso fresco.

I’ve made quesadillas, added it to tacos and used it on top of baked stuffed squash. It melts wonderfully and is so tasty! First time I’ve seen vegan queso Fresca and I’m stoked! Only wish it came in something other than plastic. Also the only place I’ve ever seen this for sale is at grocery outlet… #veganisnotscary
