seeds, chia seeds, whole coconut flakes, whole cashews & almonds, it’s sweetened w coconut sugar, and it’s baked with mct oil! couldn’t have asked for a better ingredients list tbh.

Used this in my snack today. I loved the crunch from the nuts and the

mild coconut flavor. I loved the combination of nuts used in it. And it was just the right level of sweetness.
