Back for its third season, Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Almond Beverage is a blend of California almonds and Golden Delicious pumpkin purée (that’s not subjective commentary; it’s the variety of pumpkin). The addition of the pumpkin makes it a bit thicker and creamier than your average almond drink, and the addition of seasonal spices like cinnamon and nutmeg make it a welcome addition to our Pumpkin Season selection. Enjoy it cold, over ice, or in smoothies; it’s also delicious when heated, and especially enchanting with a cinnamon stick stirrer. For the third year in a row, we’re selling each 32 ounce resealable container of Pumpkin Spice Almond Beverage for $1.99, while we can keep it in stock. That price is about as crisp as the autumn air! It’s with the shelf-stable beverages, i.e., not in the fridge.

The white girl in me is still waiting for Starbucks to veganize their PSL in the US (I mean, is it that hard? Hahahaha). This beverage does not quite hit the mark BUT it is a nice, creamy and warm holiday beverage. I’m not a big fan of almond milk but this is creamier than expected. Happy for the option.

This is very creamy, with a nice pumpkin flavor. Not overwhelming, just nice and smooth with the right amount of spices. I tried it cold and it was good, but could also warm it up.
