El Chucho #foodtruck was the winner of #pittsburgh #vegfest in my opinion, though this wasn't my favorite dish. I generally don't love #plaintains, but needed to at least try them! The #mole sauce wasn't very sweet, more smoky and spicy. And the plantains were cooked very well but were a bit too soft for my preference. However, I did love the uniqueness of the dish and the value - just $7! I hope to see this food truck again serving delicious #guatemalan street food
