Plantlove Paneer

LOVE LOVE LOVE. This is my favorite paneer ever. So easy to use and it’s stocked at my local Woolworths so no trecking to far places. I like to coat mine with olive oil and nooch and then air fry. For a quick meal I add it to tomato soup with lots of veg and chili. I’m obsessed #veganiseasy #tofu #quickmeals

R59,99 for 350g While it's awesome that there is a vegan #paneer option available to us now, this tastes exactly the same as the #tofu to me. It has the same #texture as well, so not really very original, but still a good option to have if you're wanting to add it to some #asianfood dishes. I am as usual annoyed that the plastic isn't #recyclable, such a downside to many Woolworths products. I really hope they focus more on #ecopackaging soon. Overall not my favorite product but might just be personal preference. First time trying this paneer and I’m impressed. Sliced, marinated in soy sauce, coated in panko breadcrumbs and fried. They turned out really well! Crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Love love love. Texture is firm and taste is brilliant. Not much off from their tofu but still slightly different. Woolies has become my all time favorite tofu

I've never ever seen vegan paneer before so was so excited to see Woolies bring this forward. It is very much tofu but nice a firm tofu. Great to cook with and add to butter 'chicken' curry
