This is an interesting product. I was super excited to try it because I've heard it's the best cheese alternative for pizza. Not sure I would go that far as I've had some really good housemade vegan cheeses in local pizza shops, but it is probably one of the best I've used at home! Because it's liquid you don't need it to melt which is the problem with a lot of vegan cheese in my opinion. Cooking with it was odd though - I tried to follow the instructions on the bottle to wait for it to bubble and brown, but it really didn't do that so I had to kind of guess when it was done. Ended up cooking closer to 15ish minutes instead of the 10 min recommended. Unlike other vegan cheeses it doesn't have a weird, sticky mouth feel, which is great. It still isn't cheese like, but it's much better than others! My only complaint is that it didn't cook quite right underneath toppings - it was fine but had a spongier texture. It's possible I put it on too thick, not sure.
