Bon bien comme mentionné sur l'emballage , ce roast fera partie d'une nouvelle tradition! Que ce soit pour Noël ou action de grâces ce rôti est parfait, petit goût de dinde salé et le riz à l'intérieur était très bon! Je l'ai servie avec salade, patates pillés et une sauce brune végétalienne ! L'emballage nous propose une badigeonade simple et j'ai vue plusieurs idées sur leur page IG. Je vais essayer ce rôti à nouveau c'est certain.
Comparaison de rôtis vegan pour le travail, no.3 sur la photo, farce très bonne avec riz sauvage, le seitan goût la dinde, c'est réussi.
I finally tried a tofurkey! I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was a distinct turkey smell when I opened it up. The texture was a little more stiff than I would prefer, but I might have overcooked it by a couple minutes. I would like to try it with gravy soon.
