Vegan probiotic for help your health digestion. Only downside is taking 3 capsules daily.
Definitely recommend probiotic to everyone, but this particular brand is Vegan and has 45 Billion active cultures...which is great!
I give this supplement to my daughters who have been responding to it quite well. They each get 1 capsule instead of the full daily dosage (3 capsules) at bedtime in order to avoid stomach upset and they always seem to have a bit more pep the following day. I definitely notice a difference on the days when they didn't take the probiotic the night prior. It is important to note they are both teens, 13+. I'm not sure if this supplement is suitable for younger children.
