Plant-Based Chocalicious Crunchy Cookie

These were yummy fun size cookies (with a nice saltiness that enhanced the chocolate flavour), though I do wish it was more soft and chewy. Some aspects of this #cookie I really liked, such as the crunchy, almost #dunkable texture. And the #chocoholic friendly crazy rich #chocolatechips 😋 #chocolate on chocolate always works ☺️ These were individually packed for freshness, which might work a treat if you're putting them into a lunchbox for a school-going child (rather than feeding yourself while repeating with ever more misplaced conviction that #growingupisoptional 😅) The one thing which I wasn't convinced by was the way they tried to achieve butteriness. Whatever their butter substitute was, it had too dominant and off-key a flavour 😐

Colleague bought this from NZ and although I'm not much of a cookie monster I found this quite agreeable! Semi-soft, lots of chocolatey abundance with a palpable dash of salt to balance it out. 🍪

Nice find.. would prefer it with a richer chocolate taste.
