Plain bagels

Super soft and fluffy plain bagel 🥯 by Thomas’! Toasted perfectly for this breakfast sandwich 🥯 I made for hubby! This bagel was perfect for this sandwich as the whole in the middle wasn’t present and it healld all the ingredients inside well without bursting through the top or bottom 🤣😂! Low in fat and a bit high in sodium with a pretty good source of protein. Definitely worth the try! These are listed on several Vegan blogs as an accidentally Vegan approved item. The listing does not list any may contain non vegan ingredients such as milk or eggs. These soft bagels are my go to for breakfast lunch sandwiches. Hopefully they just make the commitment to stay Vegan by wearing the vegan approved stamp by vegan org or just putting the no animal derivatives stamp on their products to make it official, soon.

Just some tasty plain bagels. 9g of protein and 2g fiber makes this a good base for a breakfast sandwich. I typically like an everything/garlic bagel, but plain flavor means it goes with everything, both savory and sweet:)

Decent enough, texture is nice and soft, nothing amazing but good if you’re in the mood for a straightforward bagel with cream cheez or butter
