This is my FAVOURITE pesto - I could eat a whole jar in one go!

Used the delicious lemon and Basil pesto from Pesto Princess to top my leftover nacho

mince mixture on top of two baked potatoes. Altogether seasoned with some Salt and Pepper and some Fisherman’s Spice

A perfect balance of basil lemon and garlic. I use it on so many things;

sandwiches, pasta, roasted veg, salad dressing, braai mushrooms, stir into soup....
