Peanut Butter Oat Bar

BoBo’s are amazing and they have soooooo many flavors. This one is delicious cuz who doesn’t like peanut butter?

This was the best little snack I could find at the airport and I was grateful for it as my flight was delayed by hours ! I appreciated it had #coconutoil in it rather than canola or palm which seems like it's in everything! And that it had fairly simple ingredients. #vegantravel

It reads on the back package "take some time to slow down for a moment and enjoy something baked with love..." as if a request. However, when you eat one of these oat bars you are forced to eat slowly because you are constantly trying to chew it up to a consistency to swallow it. I swear I could have had a full course meal in the amount of time it took me to eat this snack LOL! It's a good taste. Didn't seem too sugary and has a minimal amount of whole food ingredients. I love the vegan message! I would prefer sustainable packaging rather than the plastic it is in. It is packaging that I can put in hefty energy save program bags to be disintegrated but still not the most sustainable.
