Parmesan style

I was pleasantly surprised with how good this tastes! I got it from Farm Boy. It was around $5. We used it on a pasta that Jesse made for us last night. I loved the salty tang. #vegan #veganparmesan

I haven't had Parm I a few years and have struggled finding a good alternative until now. This is close to what I remember Parm tasting like and the price is great!

This was pretty good. Wasn't a really sharp flavour and I found it a little bit too salty but still one of the better parmesan alternatives I have found so far.

Really great flavour and texture for Parmesan. All vegan cheese is a little pricey but this is definitely worth it!
