This is just like the real old cheddar cheese, loved it!

Melted really well, we made grilled cheese sandwiches with it. Had a tangy cheese taste.

Would buy again as a treat (little pricey).

Hands down my favourite vegan cheddar. Melts great, has a nice tang. So tasty, I

just eat it by the slice sometimes.

An excellent nut based cheese that melts well and has a yummy tang.
