I didn't notice a huge difference in flavor from this or homestyle, might be because i seasoned them the same. Still amazing though! #veganin2021 #veganfood #instant
really cool and innovative idea but i must have made it wrong. turned out pretty clunky and “gummy”. taste was fine but texture was kinda weird, but i’m keen to try it again.

I’ve never tried instant mashed potatoes before so maybe I’m a bit biased. I thought it had a good garlic taste but also had notes of cardboard .... I’m amazed at how fast this can be made (using whichever plant milk you like) but it tastes a bit boring on its own. With some gravy I think you wouldn’t be able to tell these are instant.
