Happy Veganuary! 😊 🌱 I picked up an assortment of plant based products from London Drugs, as they were all on sale, and they actually try to promote Veganuary. The lentil and vegetable soup was pretty decent, maybe just a wee bit bland, but not horrible. It's nutrition value is pretty good so would buy again on sale.

Organic Lentil soup with vegetables. A delicious and tasty hearty soup, lentils are an excellent source of plant-based protein. Every time you choose vegan, it is great for the environment! Enjoy the soup heated or straight from the can with crackers. You can also compliment with sandwich or a salad.
Really great soup, with clean ingredients. Quick and healthy meal!
This lentil soup is pretty good. It’s much lower in sodium even than a reduced sodium lentil soup that I’ve tried. The entire can of soup has about 20% of the recommended daily intake of sodium, instead of 30-40%.
