Delicious nutritional yeast flakes, perfect to add to your breakfast, meals or snacks. What I love is the loose slightly crunchy texture, the nutty bitty taste, and the fact you can choose the nutritional focus: B12 / Iron and Vit D / Fiber and Protein. A bit on the expensive side though.
