nando’s per-peri marinade lemon & herb

Love a lemon and herb Nandos dressing. Used it as a basting sauce rather than marinade on some THIS isn’t chicken pieces. #nandos

Normally I make my own marinade but this is easy and helps break up the monotony. The Lemon and Herb is very unlike the other nandos sauces - it’s quite herby and surprisingly fresh tasting. I like it with chickpeas or firm tofu. I did not find it spicy at all. #nandos #marinade

vegan, says it’s extra mild but still has quite a bit of spice, very lemony and works well with tofu, i mixed with vegan aioli which takes the spice away x
