Nancys oatmilk yogurt

Yaaaaay! I finally found Nancy’s yogurt and I’m so happy with the result! This is my official go to vanilla yogurt. #georgiasplace

This is not a creamy yogurt, it has a consistency like flan. it is rich because it tastes sour. It is cheaper than other brands but I prefer to make my own yogurt. This does not have as much sugar as silk yogurt 6gr vs. 16gr. both have 6g of protein. #nancys #veganyogurt

100cal? pretty low on cal for the amount of protein it provides! it’s a little bitter, but not bad. So delicious & Silk make better tasting yogurts, but this is the lowest in cal, fat & carbs. i don’t think i’ll buy it again. I prefer Silk & i like the higher fat content in Silk yogurt alternatives. It’s about balance, so eliminating fat from my diet is not my goal lol. Great texture!! 💕 #veganin2020
