This is made with organic coconut milk! It tastes exactly like cow milk mint chocolate

don't have a very bold chocolate flavor so it wasn't overpowering. The mint flavor was very creamy and delicious. The icecream was very easy to scoop out straight from frozen, no need to let it sit out and soften. Overall great icecream, I would love to try their other flavors 😊
