קלוריות
יחסית גבוהה. 14 גרם חלבון לעוגייה שהיא 283 קלוריות.
בכל מקרה לדעתי עדיף לאכול כל פעם חלק מהעוגייה כי זה קצת יותר מדי לפעם אחת.
