When I realized I was not getting enough calcium from my multi-vitamin and my diet, I started takimg these. Good source of calcium and it also has vitamin D, which is necessary for calcium absorbtion.

I have used Garden of Life supplements before, so my research was short when looking for a calcium and Vitamin D-3 supplement. Happily, Vitamin K-2 and Magnesium are also in the supplement, pluses for the body. I have osteopenia and it’s hard for me to get 100% of my daily calcium and D-3 needs met with food only, so this supplement helps me get all I need. The daily dose is 3 tablets per day and preferably one tablet 3 times a day. It’s hard for me to remember to take one each meal so often I take them 2 times a day. They are a little expensive but I’m happy with this supplement.

This is a vegan calcium supplement with vegan D3, vitamin K2, and magnesium. The tablets are vegan.
