#veganmozzarella with a somewhat sweet and very starchy taste. It does melt, but it has no taste other than a sweetness and a starchiness. to it. Also it is ridiculously expensive. When cooked it turns a bit lumpy. I much prefer the homemade mozzarella according to #gazoakley and #vegnarok recipes 😋.
