new find at aldi - probably my second time having mozzarella sticks as a vegan. pretty tasty! the cheese melted well. didn’t have the stretchy cheese pull but it had a good consistency & still tasted really yummy. really not bad for a vegan alternative imo 😋

After a long search, I've found my mozzarella sticks brand! I love the breading on these, and the cheese taste & texture were good. Plus, these don't explode and leak precious vegan cheese onto your sheet pan like other brands.
I finally found these! The seasoning, breading, and crispness were perfect. The cheeze itself had a bit of an off aftertaste to me. I bet dipping them in some marinara would mask that though. #vegancheese

A friend of mine who is allergic to dairy, had found these one day at Aldi. Her husband who isn’t vegan said they were really good and he couldn’t tell they were dairy free, so I was excited to try them. I went to Aldi two different weeks in a row and they weren’t there so they are not always available. My friend texted me last weekend and said they were in stock and I ran down there that day and bought some. They are really good but they are high in calories at one stick having 70 calories so these are definitely a treat and not some thing to have often.
