Mozzarella

I was lucky and found this for only 10SEK at my local store. It's a good cheese with a nice flavour. It works well as cheese o a sandwich, but it's best use is definitely as cheese on a pizza where ir melts good and provide a nice flavour.

mozzarella vegetale molto simile in cottura alla mozzarella normale. Purtroppo sa un po’ troppo di cocco e non è assolutamente salutare :/

This brand makes some decent vegan cheese but the flavours could be stronger. Relatively cheap.
