Unfortunately this was past its best before date and I made it even worse by over-frying 😅 still edible though !

tasty & has minced meat texture! great for making vegan bolognese pasta

I liked this as a ground meat/mince substitute in my stuffed bell peppers/capsicums. Much greater potential of enjoyability when not overcooked next time. I stir fried, then baked and not enough sauce. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Not a lot of flavor on its own and I like that because it is a flexible ingredient I want to add varying spices to depending on the dish.
