Mexican Veggie Ground Round

I liked it last time with dumpling filling so trying it with burrito this time. I wasn’t generous enough to put the amount where you can absolutely taste it’s deliciousness but it did add a nice texture and a certain level of satisfaction. Will buy a third time for some other recipe! #mexican #groundmeat

Made dumpling fillings with it. Was trying to imitate the traditional Chinese celery n beef/pork filled dumpling by substituting the impossible beef as it’s way cheaper by comparison. The flavor turned out great for me personally and probably would do it again but my husband said the result is way too Mexican than Chinese if that’s what I m going after, and that the taste is rather ‘unexpected’ as you r looking at a Chinese dish. 🤷‍♀️ #dumplings
