Mexican inspired rice

Mexican Rice, full of spice, not the best, but still worth a try! Suitable for vegans.

Very tasty, good amount of heat but not too spicy. Cheap and quick in the microwave. £0.65 from Tesco

Quite mildly spiced but I used in burritos and it worked well to bulk them out and add a little bit of flavour.
