Mexican Chocolate Cookies

These tasted chalky and very unappealing honestly. I really love the Mexican wedding cookies so I was surprised at how much I didn’t like these

These are so delicious. They are crunchy but rich and they are currently on iBotta app for cash back. I definitely have to be careful to not buy these all the time - easy to go thru half a bag in one sitting.

I found these at Sprouts, CA. I was intrigued and was happy to support a new vegan company. These are a crunchy cookie with salty overtones. It's great that there are so many more gluten free options nowadays and if you are looking for a gluten free cookie, I think these are worth trying. Since I'm not gluten free and prefer a chocolatier (?) and soft chewy cookie, I don't see myself buying these again.

I'm actually surprised by these; for some reason I didn't think I was going to like them, but I do :-) high price tag, so I probably won't be getting them again anytime soon
