Mellow Cheddar

Let me tell you a story. When I turned vegan the only thing that I really missed was cheese. That might be because I grew up in France or something 😄 I've tried all the vegan cheese I could, but I couldn't find one that tasted as good as the cheese I'm used to eating. Until now. This dairy free cheese not only does it taste good, but it tastes better than the majority of dairy cheese you can find on the market. The only issue is, it's not healthy at all. But it's widely documented that dairy is terribly unhealthy as well so keep this in mind. 😉

Nothing special for this cheese. Made with coconut oil which is not very healthy.

Handy if you can't handle soy products! Not my favourite cheeze, I do prefer them a bit stronger 😁 It's great to see so many plant-based cheeses on the market though. Dairy IS scary, after all, but #veganisnotscary

Love this cheese. Used it to cover a lasagne, it melted perfectly and the taste was great! I a bit funny with some cheeses but this one goes down a treat. #veganisnotscary

This is pretty good cheese as far as vegan cheese goes. It melts fairly well but not completely and it tastes a lot like cheddar. It's mild and good for making grilled cheese sandwiches.
