The dury is still out on this one. Taste is quite nice to begin with but then the coconut flavour starts to come in. Texture is ok but with all vegan cheese it can be a bit weird when melted. A 6 out of 10 for me but I'll give it another go with fingers crossed.

no lie!!! this is the best vegan cheese i’ve ever tried. like i actually want to eat it as is. it doesn’t need to be melted to enjoy. the flavor is great. i was disappointed when i found out it was a block instead of slices and began to regret purchasing it because its super hard to get into individual slices. but it’s pretty easy to grate and chop into blocks so i’m super happy i tried this sheeese. it’s also made with coconut oil and other clean ingredients 🌱 #ditchdairy #vegancheese #cheddar #nongmo #glutenfree #soyfree
