Maple Butternut Squash Risotto

This was so good. I loved making it, it tastes great, and I was full afterwards. So top chef…why is risotto hard?

Overall, very tasty. I thought the white wine vinegar was a bit pronounced in the risotto but the butternut squash was very delicious.
