I do enjoy a good tempeh!! I sliced it up and marinated it in
soy sauce and sprinkled fresh dried herbs on the pieces. Put them in the oven turning half way through. (about 20 minutes depending on the temperature of your choosing). The choices are endless with tempeh. I love them straight out of the oven for a beautiful snack. Also the vegan tzatziki dip goes really well as a side note. Enjoy and have fun 🍃

The reason everyone should eat tempeh is you get so much high quality protein, almost
20g in half this package, without any sodium. How many foods can you say that for? And if you like the smell of cooking meat, tempeh provides that as well. In addition to soy this includes millet, barley, brown rice . #organic
