Lentejas y verduras

Está muy rico, el curry viene en bolas que luego se derriten. He vuelto a comprar, me ha gustado mucho.

This was one of those "omg something new and vegan" impulse buys. The mixture is nice, but a bit too salty and bland with respect to the curry flavor. I added some soy cream to thicken up the sauce, and some Indian red Chile to add a kick. I have to say I have been back to Lidl since trying it, but wasn't tempted to buy again. I think it was around 2€ for a bag that made 2 lunchtime servings. #refugiotheanimalacademy #veganisnotscary

Salteado vegano de lentejas y verduras, con salsa de coco y curry. Nos gustó mucho, es bastante más sabroso que el clásico plato de lentejas y rinde para dos personas, si no son muy comedoras. Fácil de preparar en sartén o microondas. Producto ultracongelado.
