Not sure if we cooked these right but they fell apart a lot... texture not great. Will try again however due to nutrition and #glutenfree

This was a healthy substitute for pasta, and didn't taste too bad. My only critique would be that the sheets are quite slippery, so the end result didn't hold as well as a pasta bake does #veganuary
A nice veggie alternative to traditional lasagne sheets.
Broke too easily when I used it. Taste was great though. Would buy again
