Kohlrabi Vegetable Pasta

Love this an an option for a bowl base! Healthier than using rice or noodles. Will be buying this regularly.

This was great! You can even steam it right in the bag and it's ready in 4 mins! Not mushy and still has a very slight crunch. I will make this again tonight I think! I topped it with TJ's vegan meatless sauce, TJ's parm shreds and red pepper flakes 😋

If never had kohlrabi before so was interested in trying it. It has a mild taste and was nice sautéed up. The best way I can describe it is a texture like daikon but closer in flavor to a mild cabbage. I wouldn’t buy this expecting it to replicate pasta but it is certainly convenient to buy root vegetables already spiraled or shredded if you do not have the tools to do it at home. I ate it with some vegan sausage and chimichuri sauce but I think you could throw it in to any veggie dish to bulk it up.
