La marca en sí es carísima pero desde luego merece la pena la inversión como capricho. Es super cremoso y de sabor intenso, ideal para añadir un poco a las ensaladas.

Honestamente, ao princípio nem sequer sabia se podia comer a parte de fora e senti-me uma ignorante 😂 Nunca comi o queijo animal que pretende imitar (o maroilles) mas este é delicioso: potente, cremoso, umami... 10/10!

Formaggetto stagionato (ma non troppo) morbido e tenero. Molto saporito e non eccessivamente salato, le muffe fanno il loro bel lavoro nel donargli un sapore particolare. Al momento sono super soddisfatta di questa marca che ricomprerò più spesso. Comprato sul sito Coccole di Gusto.
