As someone who loves oats, Quaker instant oatmeal is a great breakfast choice for me. Just add water and mix and it’s ready to eat! It’s nice eaten plain or with some fruits for more flavour.
Oats are a mainstay in my diet! I love instant oats for a pudding-like texture in overnight oats- there’s a recipe for hazelnut cocoa oats by deliciously Ella and it tastes like dessert for breakfast! Add in some soy milk, nuts, seeds for an extra protein boost 💪 #veganisnotscary
Instant oatmeal from Quaker. Bought to make overnight oats and cookies for my dog. There are two sizes sold. This is the 400g smaller pack. The bigger pack goes for an additional $2. Flavour the oats with your favourite toppings for added nutrition.
Please remove or let me know if this isn’t vegan but the ingredients led me to believe it is. My fiancé and I love to make instant oatmeal with banana or apples and cinnamon !
